Q3 Your greatest winemaking stroke of luck
"I've been very lucky to be involved in the Miraval project. We met with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie seven years ago. They own this beautiful property in Provence, which is certainly one of the best and most beautiful estate in Provence. We decided very quickly to become partners together with them to develop this Miraval project. That has been a lot of work but also a lot of luck, and we are very happy about that."
Q4 What are you most excited about working on right now?
"I have a very nice project but is still confidential so I-- but which is for Miraval to develop a champagne rosé. We are working very hard on that right now with Rodolphe Péters, from Pierre Péters. We will launch a champagne rosé under the Miraval name. We will create the only champagne house which only makes rosé. We are going to try to push the quality of rosé as far as possible in champagne."
