ALPHA and OMEGA
Wikipedia: Alpha (Α or α) and omega (Ω or ω) are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, and a title of Christ and God in the Book of Revelation.
This phrase is interpreted by many Christians to mean that Jesus has existed for all eternity or that God is eternal. Many commentators and dictionaries ascribe the title "the alpha and the omega" to both God and to Christ.

The huge tattoo that surrounds Angelina's birthdate in Khmer and covers most of Brad's lower abdomen is ALPHA. Angelina is ALPHA. What was previously in OMEGA's spot was CYRA (see below) which the urban dictionary says means "the chosen one" or radiant. Replacing CYRA with OMEGA makes the whole much more powerful. He is saying Angelina is his Alpha and Omega.
