Filming an ad in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of LA.

Maybe, maybe not.  There is shadow and curvature but seems most likely to be sun shining through his gloves.

Same jewelry he had filming Bullet Train but different watch.  Unlike with Bullet Train, they're covered by his gloves so will likely not be seen in the ad.
