FoxLA

Brad drove a white truck full of shopping carts he was donating to an effort spearheaded by Flea to deliver food to immobile or elderly Watts residents.  Brad helped unload the truck and showed off what looks like a rendering of the skull of Thanos on his right upper arm.

It could be a representative rendering of Thanos after Avengers: Endgame.  It shows his skull inside his helmet.  The trademark ridges on his chin were superimposed over his mandible to identify him and show what he looked like in life.

Thanos had a Deviant gene which made him resemble Deviants, the enemies of the Eternals, but his parents were Eternals.  Thena, Angelina's character, and Thanos are first cousins -- their fathers, Zuras and A'lars respectively, are brothers who went on to lead two separate groups of Eternals.

The new tattoo notes the end of MCU's erstwhile most powerful supervillain, and with him, the end of MCU's phase 3 and the beginning of phase 4.  The deviant Eternal is gone and now the real Eternals will take the stage.  Eternals anchors phase 4 and takes place after Endgame.

From the large star on his wrist, moving up his arm to "nth", the giant bee, and on to Thanos' skull -- all visible together on the same side -- his right arm has been transformed into a broad canvas for Angelina.
