Wedding Rumors 2

Mr. and Mrs. Smith premiere Luigi Massi

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie order £1M wedding rings

Splashing out ... Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have commissioned two £500,000 wedding bands

BRAD Pitt and Angelina Jolie probably won’t risk taking their wedding rings off to do the washing up – not after commissioning two £500,000 bands from their jeweller Robert Procop.

The former boss of British jewellers Asprey & Garrard has been busy producing matching bands for them at the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, in the south of France. And now they’re done and ready to go.
A source said: “Robert’s been busy all year making Brad and Angie’s wedding rings.
“They are matching rose gold bands with a tablet-cut diamond in them and their vows to each other engraved in them.
“You can’t see it with the naked eye but they both know they’re there.”
According to Michael Latz, who is mayor of the village of Correns near Brad and Angelina’s home, the couple are due to finally get hitched this weekend.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt (fondly known to fans of the power couple as 'Brangelina') are rumoured to have married this weekend in a private chapel ceremony...
There has been a great deal of anticipation this weekend, as it seemed as if the long-awaited Jolie-Pitt wedding was set to take place at the pair's private French estate.
Despite sources telling Reuters that the Brangelina wedding couldn't go ahead this weekend due to legal issues, they did let slip one crucial piece of information:
"Under French law couples have to get married at the town hall... Unlike with a religious wedding, there's no way a couple can hold a civil ceremony at their own home."
However, according to the Daily Mail, the pair have a private chapel on their estate - perfect for an at-home-and-perfectly-legal religious ceremony.
"After their engagement was announced it was learnt that a huge reception hall was under construction at the Provence home. Aerial images of the site in February showed a large white building being erected next to the quaint chapel."
Intriguing.
A source also revealed to The Sun newspaper that, amongst the guests gathered for the supposed 50th wedding anniversary of Brad Pitt's parents, is the private jeweller who designed Angelina Jolie's custom engagement ring:
"Brad flew in to oversee preparations but they’re all here now... They say it’s for Jane and Bill, but some think this could be it. Even Angelina’s private jeweller is here."
Perhaps that private jeweller is there with two brand-new custom rings? Maybe two WEDDING BAND style rings, set to be debuted in that oh-so-private religious ceremony?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the ceremony and the security surrounding the estate, whether the couple did have a wedding will not be confirmed until either Brad or Angelina's reps make an announcement.
We have our confetti ready...

“
The wedding would “most likely take place on August 18”

BRAD PITT AND ANGELINA JOLIE WED THIS WEEK

12th August 2012

By Daily Star Reporter

BRAD Pitt and Angelina Jolie will marry on their French estate next weekend, a local mayor claimed yesterday.

A marquee has already been erected at Chateau Miraval in the southern Var region.

And increased deliveries of food and champagne have been spotted in preparation for the showbusiness spectacular.

But a helicopter pilot who flew across the £35million estate yesterday said it was “all but deserted”.

“There’s nobody around at all,” said the pilot. “You can’t even see a single security guard, let alone any of the catering staff or other essential staff for a big wedding.”

Mickael Latz, the mayor of the nearby village of Correns, said the wedding would “most likely take place on August 18”.

“It’s a likely date,” he said. “There are no plans for a civil wedding in Correns this weekend.”

There have been claims that Brad’s parents Bill and Jane are at Chateau Miraval already.

Guests set to attend the wedding include George Clooney, 51, who is just a short flight away at his home on Lake Como, Italy.

It is thought that Brad, 48, and Angelina, 37, will wed in a private chapel in the grounds

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie the wedding pictures!

Ok, these aren't the actual pictures of their wedding, and we don't even know if they got married today, but if they did, this is what it'd look like

We'd like to think that, if Ange did marry Brad, she'd make him shave that mane of hair off
It's here! The magical day: Saturday 11 August. And we don't just mean it's seven days until The X Factor is on TV (although we're pretty excited about that too) - we mean it's the rumoured date of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's wedding!

Does Brad look at these pictures (from Mr and Mrs Smith, obvs) and think 'I must get rid of this beard'?
It's heavily rumoured that the pair are set to tie the knot at their French home, Chateau Miraval, because of the following facts:
1 They've built a massive reception hall
2 They got engaged earlier this year
And er, that's it. But then, Mummy and Daddy Pitt (that's Jane and Bill to you) arrived at the house yesterday and we got all excited that today's the day!

Brad looks a bit drunk here, which is exactly how you're supposed to look on your wedding day.
Brad's taken time off filming a cameo in The Counsellor, and Angelina was in London filming Maleficent, but the pair have decided to take their six children to France for a holiday. Or a WEDDING.

Their children -  Maddox, 10, Pax, eight, Zahara, seven, five-year-old Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, aged three - are all there with them, but there's no sign of Angelina's dad, Jon Voight. Possibly because he's a bit of a chatty mouth when it comes to their lives. He's not the best secret keeper, let's put it that way.

Brad and Ange: PLEASE get married and release cute pictures like these!

The couple got engaged in April, saying their children were the driving force behind the decision. "Yes, it's confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time," Brad's spokesperson said at the time.

Take note, Angelina: white is very you

So, enjoy these pictures from their 2005 film Mr and Mrs Smith, then tell all your friends you attended Brad and Ange's top secret wedding ceremony. You liked the chicken main course, but thought the Eton Mess pudding needed more cream. Got it?

Rumors of a wedding at Chateau Miraval
Here's the actual Chateau Miraval the wedding is supposed to take place in

In case you're missing Brad's ponytail, here are some nice pictures of him filming in London.

X17 EXCLUSIVE - Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie NOT Marrying This Weekend

Posted on Fri Aug 10, 2012 08:05 AM PDT

We sent an X17 photographer all the way down to the south of France -- it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere -- to check out Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's chateau Miraval to see just what's going on and ... drumroll, please ... there's NOTHING going on!

French media were reporting Thursday that the couple was set to wed tomorrow, Saturday, Aug 11, but X17online can tell you, the wedding isn't on, just yet.
Our photographer says:
"There are NO security guards, NO workers, NO party planners -- NOTHING at the property. As I drove around, checking out the scene from the street below the private hillside, I saw nothing out of the ordinary. It was quiet, just like the sleepy village of Correns next to it. Business as usual at Chateau Brangelina."
We'll have the photos and video to prove it, coming up later. Our photographer's in a helicopter over the property now!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Wedding Rumors Flare Up – Cool Down Fast

08/10/2012 at 04:20 PM EDT

Forget garden-variety buzz. The possibility that Brad Pitt is marrying Angelina Jolie this weekend in France is getting "real buzz."

So says an excited but unnamed source to the U.K's Sun, based on rumors that the couple are hosting some kind of event at their château with guests including Pitt's parents and Jolie's engagement-ring jeweler.

But multiple sources tell PEOPLE there is no wedding this weekend. (Reps did not respond for comment.) The local newspaper Var Matin also shot down a France 3 TV report of a Saturday wedding. And officials in the village say they don't know anything about it and that it likely couldn't happen anyway.

"Under French law couples have to get married at the town hall," Patrick Mareschi, deputy culture secretary of the nearby village of Correns, tells Reuters. "Unlike with a religious wedding, there's no way a couple can hold a civil ceremony at their own home."

Which is pretty much what the photo agency X17 found out. It grumbled on its website:

"We sent an X17 photographer all the way down to the south of France – it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere – to check out Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's chateau Miraval to see just what's going on and ... drumroll, please ... there's NOTHING going on!" the site says.

Not only did its photographer not find any signs the couple, engaged last spring, were tying the knot – no security guards, no party planners – it didn't even see evidence of other rumors that Pitt was hosting a wedding anniversary party for his parents.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Wedding Won’t Be Taking Place in France This Weekend!

BRAD Pitt and Angelina Jolie won’t be marrying this weekend — People magazine insists.
Sources tell the publication that, despite speculation that started when an an unnamed source told British newspaper The Sun that Brad and Angie are hosting some kind of event at their château, the wedding won’t be taking place just yet.
The local newspaper Var Matin also shot down a France 3 TV report of a Saturday wedding. And officials in the village say they don’t know anything about it and that it likely couldn’t happen anyway.
“Under French law couples have to get married at the town hall,” Patrick Mareschi, deputy culture secretary of the nearby village of Correns, told Reuters. “Unlike with a religious wedding, there’s no way a couple can hold a civil ceremony at their own home.”
Photo agency X17 found out the hard way when they sent a papparazo to France.
“We sent an X17 photographer all the way down to the south of France – it’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere – to check out Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s chateau Miraval to see just what’s going on and … drumroll, please … there’s NOTHING going on!” the site says.
Brad, 48, recently bought Angelina, 37, a $500,000 watch as a pre-wedding gift.
Meanwhile, it’s been claimed that Brad and Angelina have been named as victims of phone hacking allegedly carried out by journalists at the News of the World.
Britain’s Guardian newspaper says two members of staff at the paper — which was closed down last year — conspired to intercept the voicemail messages of Eunice Huthart, an associate of Pitt and Jolie, and other unnamed people connected to the actors.
Huthart is a former stunt double for Jolie and participant in the Gladiators game show.
The actors’ names emerged as prosecutors announced charges against eight people, including Andy Coulson, the former director of communications for the British prime minister, David Cameron, and Rebekah Brooks, the former chief executive of News International.
On Monday, police said they believed there were 4,775 potential victims of phone hacking, of whom 2,615 had been notified.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie's Wedding Reportedly Happening This Weekend

Preparations for a big bash at the Hollywood power couple's French chateau, plus the arrival of Pitt's parents and their LA jeweler, may - or may not - translate to wedding bells.

Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finally tying the knot? That's what the increasing hullabaloo on their South of France estate -- Chateau Miraval -- indicates to the media. But other sources say no wedding is happening this weekend.
Brad's parents reportedly have arrived at Chateau Miraval, and Los Angeles jeweler Robert Procop, who made Angelina's $250,000 diamond and platinum engagement ring, also is said to be flying in.

Some have speculated that the bash is for Pitt's parents, Jane and Bill, but with Angelina’s jeweler there, it seems likely that it is something more. George Clooney, who lives in Lake Cuomo in Italy, is said to be flying in for the occasion.
Our sources on the ground say there is large tent outside the Chateau. “It’s really happening," one source says.
But not so fast say other sources. Var Matin, the local newspaper for Correns, dismissed talk of a wedding this weekend. The newspaper speculates the wedding will take place Aug. 18.
People reported that "multiple sources" also told the the magazine that no wedding was planned for this weekend.
The couple's engagement was revealed in April by The Hollywood Reporter. After the engagement went public, construction for a large hall began at their Provence estate. Aerial images of the chateau and grounds in February showed a large white building being erected next to a quaint chapel.
The 1,000-acre estate -- a reported $54 million investment -- is the perfect spot for a secluded family wedding. The security is always tight around the estate, but has gotten even tighter in recent weeks: We're talking armed guards, security cameras, the works.

Despite the media speculation, Patrick Mareschi, deputy culture secretary of the nearby village of Correns, has told Reuters: "Under French law, couples have to get married at the town hall. Unlike with a religious wedding, there's no way a couple can hold a civil ceremony at their own home."
But applying for a marriage license in the States or in France would set off major media alarms. And it makes perfect sense to have a private and protected wedding on their estate.
Angelina has been married twice before: first to British actor Jonny Lee Miller from 1996-99, then to Billy Bob Thornton from 2000-03. Brad's marriage to Jennifer Aniston lasted five years before they announced they were divorcing in early 2005.
The power couple known as Brangelina quickly amassed a family of six children: Maddox, 10; Pax, 8; Zahara, 7; Shiloh, 5; and twins Knox and Vivienne, 3.
Although they've insisted that they would not wed until the U.S. legalization of same-sex marriage, Brad admitted during the Cannes Film Festival in May that they've been under increasing pressure from their children. At the time, he maintained that they had not set a date. Angelina also has said that their brood has asked why the parents aren't married -- like Shrek and Fiona.
"We've explained to them that our commitment, when we decided to start a family, was the greatest commitment you could possibly have," she said recently during an interview with ABC News. "Once you have six children, you're committed."

Angelina Jolie’s Aunt Reveals New Wedding Details: ‘Something That Nobody Has Seen Before’ (EXCLUSIVE)

As rumors swirl that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will marry this weekend at their French estate, Chateau Miraval, one of the actress’ closest confidants is speaking out about the wedding.
“I think it will be very personalized and something that nobody has seen before,” Jolie’s “aunt” Jade Dixon said in an exclusive interview.
“I think it will be very small, intimate and memorable. I don’t see them doing it big but easier to control. I see it small and still flashy and more in tune with involving their children.”
As for the wedding’s location?

Dixon believes it will indeed be held at their Chateau Miraval home, though she did not confirm a date.
“It could definitely be at one of their houses so it would be very intimate,” she admitted. “I’m guessing that is probably where it will be because it’s more private there.”
