"Angelina Jolie and Maddox, visited Yonsei University's Incheon Songdo Campus on the 21st and met with school officials with the guidance of Sung Tae-yoon, professor of economics."










Studying bio-engineering and will be living in the dorm.

Studying life science and biotechnology, not biochemistry.

SEOUL, Aug. 6 (Yonhap) --...

Yonsei University confirmed the report, saying that Maddox passed the entrance exams in early June and will study at the university's Underwood International College.
"There are not many choices for those who would like to learn life science and biotechnology in English in Asia," a university official said. "(He) appears to have chosen Yonsei University as there happens to be such a course at Underwood International College.

According to the university's communication office, the 18-year-old has been admitted to its Underwood International College to study life sciences and biotechnology. The lectures there are given in English.

Maddox Jolie-Pitt is starting classes in Yonsei University in South Korea this month

Angelina Jolie‘s first son is officially college bound.
17-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt is set to start classes at South Korea’s Yonsei University where he will be studying bio chemistry, a source exclusively tells PEOPLE.
“He got accepted to other universities but choose Yonsei,” the source says. “He has been studying Korean language. He has lessons multiple times a week to prepare.”
And the oldest in the Jolie-Pitt clan is starting classes this month, with Jolie, 44, making the trip to help him get started.
“Mom is dropping him off in August,” the source says of Jolie. “She is very proud. She will miss seeing him as much, but he’s ready.”
The source adds that while he’ll be far away from their American home base, his new school is close to the family’s Cambodian home.
“He’s very close to his siblings and they all hope to visit,” the insider says of Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Jolie previously opened up to PEOPLE about Maddox’s college plans, saying that she was “nothing but proud.”
“I look forward to all he will do,” the actress added.
