Shiloh's right knee is scraped.  Given her love for sports and skateboarding, her hip surgery was likely the result of a sport-related accident.

Spotted Saturday night at The Wiltern in L.A., where musician Thundercat was performing.  Some sites have identified the woman beside him as Alia Shawkat.  She apparently sheared off her curly locks.  There is no word on whether there is a medical reason behind her buzz cut during winter that meant she needed a cap to help keep out the cold.  Many of those undergoing chemo do the same.
