They could have exited the terminal and boarded their car from this level.   But it appears they were departing, not arriving.  They entered through arrivals and took the elevator to departures.  There were no photos of them in the city.  They had slipped in and spent a few days unrecorded. There was a submission to Deuxmoi that she was spotted at Lilia in NY with "two of her kids."
