On Aug. 28, 2023 Nouvel, Tenute, Shefler and Oliynik filed their demurrers, motions for judicial notice, motions to quash service etc. They also filed a joinder to AJ's demurrer filed Aug. 21 and AJ filed a joinder to their demurrer. The Nouvel - Tenute demurrers focus on refuting 2AC's claims based on Luxembourgish and French law.  They complement AJ's demurrer, hence the joinders.  Together they form a very thorough rebuttal of the 2AC.


As the FOIA case goes, so goes all the wrangling and the false narrative.   Another joint status report is due Oct. 17.  If the case is still open when the demurrers are scheduled to be heard in November and December, the court could rule to sustain the demurrers and dismiss the 2AC.  The crosscomplaints would remain.  If they need to delay further, Brad can file a 3rd AC.
