Exiting via the Franklin Ave. gate of Laughlin Park, the same gate Maddox was spotted entering 2 years ago.  Maddox had to punch in a code to open the gate and Brad likely had to as well.  Since the paps obviously have the gates staked out, it should have been easy for them to take clear photos of Brad when he slows down and stops at the gate, as they did with Maddox.  The absence of any such photos of Brad entering means they didn't see him and they don't really know when he arrived.

No bandana -- the easier for him to be recognized -- and he is clean shaven.

Brad paid for a third of the purchase cost of the DeMille, his share initially structured as a loan.  Angelina can afford to pay for the DeMille all on her own, and she could have easily obtained financing from a bank.  Brad's "loan" was an equity structure that allowed him to be a stakeholder without being listed as a buyer.  His share secured by the loan was held by and in the name of Angelina who was listed as the sole buyer.  Even with the nominal structure, it is obvious and telling that they've made a multi million dollar addition to the financial bonds tying them together as they purchased their new family home.  Brad's interest in home design and meticulous attention to detail can be seen in the DeMille's recent renovation.  He may have paid most, if not all, of the costs of the renovation to even his share of the total costs with Angelina's.  Unlike Briarcliff which Brad paid for entirely, the DeMille is a joint purchase just like Miraval.  And like Miraval, the DeMille is also Brad's residence, but this is the first time he allowed himself to be seen there.  Brad knew the paps were lurking and, riding openly on his motorcycle without a bandana, he wanted to be recognized.

They are moving their public narrative forward quickly.  It started June 20 with separated partners, then Shawkat's denial, and now, the DeMille.  Translates to: "they've always been partners, he never dated anyone else, he is with her."  All her recent photos and video chats have been in the newly renovated DeMille but she spent lockdown elsewhere -- probably Briarcliff.
