Random Fuzzy

Debunking the silly reports from notorious garbage producers -- Radar, The Blast, Us Weekly, Hollywood Life, NY Post, In Touch etc. --  is always easy but still a needless waste of time.  The people who click on these stories thereby encouraging more are mainly fans because the rest of the world thinks they were divorced 2 years ago.  Let's all not waste time on garbage.

For the record:  If they wanted to, they could have been divorced any time after March 2017  -- after the mandatory 6 month waiting period -- because they have a prenup and the Custody Stipulation.  To bifurcate means to address issues separately so those where there is already agreement can be finalized ahead of those that still need to be resolved.  The Petition -- filed 5 days after the September 14, 2016 plane incident a.k.a. "the events that led to the filing" -- and the Response have nearly identical entries for all but custody.  "Childcare professionals encouraged" them to accept and sign the Stipulation and Order re Child Custody and Therapy "in the best interest of the children."  It was signed on October 26, 2016, before the DCFS ended its investigation on child abuse.  With two legally binding agreements covering the key issues of property and custody, they could have asked Judge Ouderkirk for a judgement on the whole case.

What was signed by Judge Ouderkirk and filed on November 21, 2018 was a Judgement on Child Custody and Visitation and not an order as The Blast erroneously wrote in their latest concoction.  They only needed to copy what is in the online case summary -- "judgement" was clearly written in three entries -- but still got it wrong.   The basic fact that judgements and orders are two different things and not interchangeable was beyond their capacity for comprehension.  The Blast foolishly tried to fabricate a scenario about legal matters way beyond their meager intellectual grasp and just added to the mountain of evidence of their stupidity and dishonesty.  Spiegel noted that when Petitioner and Respondent are in agreement, the issue of marital status could be quickly resolved with a stipulation.  There is nothing to negotiate.  It could have been filed before the Judgement on the bifurcated issue of Child Custody and Visitation last November.

An appropriate headline is: "Exclusive: The Blast are even dumber than they are malicious." There is a reason why the site only has 7K Twitter followers -- far less than many fan accounts.  The Blast's garbage has been piling up.  Its report on the leaked May 30 order contained numerous false assertions.  It more recently reported that photos of their meeting with Dr. Katz showed "divorce negotiations" that "didn't go well" -- cementing the site's status as the equal of InTouch and Hollywood Life in producing patently false reports, falling short even as a TMZ wannabe.  The only people dumber than The Blast are those who swallow and regurgitate the garbage it churns out.  Those are mostly the pseudo fans who emerge like cockroaches whenever there is an especially idiotic tabloid concoction or see an opportunity to create their own.  They live off and for garbage.

The Judgement on Child Custody and Visitation contained Dr. Katz's recommendations "to keep things moving along in the right direction." They were "very pleased to be entering the next stage and relieved with progress for the health of their family.”  Brad started wearing his second, thicker gold necklace with an octagonal pendant outlined underneath his shirt immediately after the Judgement.  Based on their own words and actions, by the time they allowed themselves to be seen in Dr. Katz's office in January, their efforts at restoring the health of the family had advanced considerably, bringing them close to their goal of achieving full legal reunification following the dictates of the DCFS.  They have been working to satisfy the DCFS' concern that family reunification is not rushed until the children are deemed ready by mental health professionals.  The Stipulation on Child Custody and Therapy signed in October, 2016, the Order outlining the Summer schedule signed in May, 2018, and the Judgement on Child Custody and Visitation signed in November, 2018 are means to that end.  The DCFS' concern for the children was the only reason the petition was filed.  They were required to keep it in place as a safeguard for the children's full recovery.  It is why the Judgement signed by the court is only on child custody and visitation.  That they already have a Judgement signifies that they are getting very close to fully satisfying the DCFS' requirements.

TMZ and The Blast lost their source for leaks when Laura Wasser was removed.  She had previously leaked privileged information like the existence and details of their "iron clad" prenup and that the boys walked out of their first visit with Brad.  She also incurred the ire of Spiegel when she attached copies of their emails to unsealed court filings, and is a leading suspect in the leak of the May 30 Order since she had both the means and the motive to do so.   The publicity-loving Wasser lost her most high-profile account while TMZ and The Blast lost a lucrative click generator and they've worked in concert against Angelina.

The family's true inner circle is very tight.  Nothing gets out of that circle.  Before the leak of the May 30 order, no one outside had any clue that they already moved from the trauma therapists to a psychiatrist and neuropsychologist to help them overcome the children's resistance to Brad.  While they've dealt with People, they've more often left it empty handed.  People wanted to milk Brad's appearance at Jennifer's birthday but could not get any genuine source to talk to them and was caught making things up.

Only the hopelessly delusional would believe that a member of their small and tight inner circle -- Loung Ung, Thomas Houseago, David Fincher, etc. -- would ever betray their trust to anyone, least of all to a tabloidNo confidant of theirs would ever reveal anything about them, period.  To illustrate, no one knew Angelina would appear at the Dumbo premiere or that Brad would travel to Paris for Houseago's exhibit.  Even these inconsequential matters are locked down tight.  They don't talk and they ignore the tabloid concoctions -- as should everyone else.

By now people should know better than to pay any attention to the pseudo fans pushing their boring, hate-filled agendas.  They may scour the internet for every photo, report, tweet or Instagram post, but that activity only feeds their own fanatical obsessions.  It does not benefit the persons they claim to be fans of.  On the other hand, they engage in concocting and spreading vile stories that can hurt those same persons they profess to support.  No one would want these sick losers for fans.  They are blinded by hate, totally shameless, and astoundingly dense and stupid.  You already know who they are.  Don't waste your time reading their posts.  Simply ignore and delete.  It only takes a second.  I practice what I preach.

On a more amusing note.  A lot of recent attention on hair.  If WWZ 2 is revived for later this year, he'd be good to go.
