Random

-  I am sure the advice she gave the girls she also gave the boys but all her references were about her daughters and none about her sons not because they weren't living with her, but because the interview was primarily focused on girls and women for International Women’s Day.  So in this exchange:

AJ: I’m very patriotic, as I know you are. For me, it goes hand in hand with being proud of what America stands for. For instance, I’m the only person in my house who was born in America.
JK: I wasn’t aware of that.
AJ: It’s only because we are a country based on people of different backgrounds and faiths coming together that I can have this family. My daughters have the freedoms they have because of being American. And we are at our best when we are fighting for others to have the same rights. Particularly other women.

In saying she is the only person immediately followed with a reference to her daughters,  She is referring to being the only girl in the house who was born in America.  The boys were not part of the conversation.

- Maddox and Pax apparently arrived later.  Pax accompanied her to the UNCA dinner and Maddox accompanied her to Bangsokol's after party in Brooklyn.
