It looks like they went on Thursday, the same day as their first visit to Disneyland, probably earlier in the day. The kids are wearing the same outfits but she swapped a coat for the grey wrap. The first watermarked photos of this visit appeared on Friday, so it definitely did not take place on Saturday as daily mail erroneously wrote.
Again, Maddox and Pax were not with them, but Brad's assistant Darren was.
Perhaps the boys were bonding with their father. They may have traveled with him hence the absence of airport photos. I would imagine Maddox would otherwise want to help entertain the child actors from Cambodia. The oldest boy looks close to his age. Brad was still on his way back to L.A. at this time.

Shiloh's camera appears to be very similar to the Polaroid One Step 600, a collectible camera that can be purchased for $123 on Amazon. It is definitely not the same camera Angelina was seen buying on Brad's birthday last year.

It would be easily 2X the size and 4X the weight of what Shiloh is holding even without the lens. And 100X more complicated.
Her ring has attracted a lot of interest, but I can't get a good close-up of it.
