Pinewood set + other bits

Maleficent's production personnel have also been vigilant online.  The tweet & photo below have since been deleted.  When a crew member posted set pics a few weeks ago it took a few days for someone to notice and read him the riot act, but this time it only took a few hours. The crew member ended up not only deleting his tweets but his entire account as well.  The person who took the photo below works for ITN and is apparently not directly employed by the production so he doesn't have to fear losing his job over an illicit photo.  But he might have difficulty getting this close again soon.

Since the earlier incident, security has been tightened and the cast and crew have been asked to sign confidentiality agreements.  They've so far succeeded in stemming leaks onto social media which is no small feat given the intense interest.  A young intern working briefly as a runner with the art dept. said he was asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement and lamented his limited access to the set to see Angelina.  An actress with a bit part gushed about the production while also saying that everything was top secret.

At pinewood studios trying to sneak onto Angelina Jolie's set ; )

It appears to be the same set that was photographed by a crew member earlier while still under construction.   The finished set is bigger and they seem to be in the process of giving it a dusting of snow.

The other photo he posted is of the Grand Hall (below), which looks like the backdrop of the scene where Maleficent confronts King Stefan in Sleeping Beauty.

Can't believe it.., This was me over a week ago for 2months

Angelina Jolie in Cap Ferrat

The world’s most famous and glamourous couple will descend on the Riviera tonight for an evening of glitz, glamour and good will. Actress and philanthropist Angelina Jolie and husband Brad Pitt will be received at the Grand Hotel in Cap Ferrat in a sparkly haze of jewellery. The evening will present Jolie’s limited edition jewellery collection, containing some of the most coveted jewelled accessories of the fashion world. For the pop-up showcase will be a host of necklaces, earrings and bracelets worn by the star at movie premieres.

Jolie’s altruism, as well as her desired jewellery, which are available to view by private appointment only, is something else to be admired as all proceeds from the sale will go to the Angelina Jolie foundation, the Education Partnership for Children and Conflict, to build a school in Afghanistan. Working alongside the designer of her engagement ring, Robert Procop, who created a jewel worth a staggering 250,000 dollars, she will also be displaying jewellery designed by them both in an exciting and artistic collaboration.

The showcase, which commenced on 15th July, will remain in the Riviera for the summer, giving these jewels time to shine and allow new and existing customers to look and even try them on, while understanding the creative process behind the masterpieces.

Robert Procop, who met Jolie at the Oscars in 2000 and shared the same passion for jewellery as her, is now recognised as one of the world’s leading jewellers and gemstone specialists, providing for international dignitaries, royalty and celebrities. This pop up showcase promises to satisfy every girl’s dreams.
