Brad Pitt Goes Motorcycle Shopping Outside London

Brad Pitt recently indulged his love of motorcycles – and made quite an impression on shop workers in a London suburb.
On May 30, Pitt, who has been spending time in the U.K. with fiancée Angelina Jolie, made a few pit stops in Ruislip to buy motorcycle gear.
"One of [Brad's] security men came in and said, 'There will be someone famous walking into your shop,' " David Connell, manager of HGB Motorcycles, told PEOPLE. "Then the door opened and Brad Pitt walked into the store!"
According to Connell, Pitt bought a crash helmet, a pair of gloves and a back protector.
"We had a nice chat and he came across as very friendly," said Connell. "He is obviously keen on his bikes and has been riding them since he was young."
Pitt also paid a visit to the nearby Daytona Motorcycles, where he purchased a few more pieces for his bike, as well as an armored shirt.
"He was a top bloke," said one Daytona worker. "It was just like talking to an ordinary customer."
Although Pitt only spent about an hour total in HGB and Daytona, he managed to find time to take pictures with shop workers and fellow customers.
Meanwhile, Jolie was giving a speech at the London Foreign Commonwealth Office, before a screening of her film In the Land of Blood and Honey. The Jolie-Pitts have been staying in London while Angelina films the upcoming Maleficent.

Staff at a London motorcycle dealership looked star struck when Brad Pitt walked in to their showroom today.
The actor popped into HGB Motorcycles in Ruislip and bought a Bell Helmet and Alpinestars Kevlar gloves before posing for pictures.
A source at the branch said: “We wondered what was going on when two big black cars pulled up outside and lots of burly bodyguards got out. We couldn’t believe it when Brad Pitt appeared and came in.”
The Hollywood star has a house in Surrey with his partner Angelina Jolie.

SHOP WORKERS in Ruislip Manor were left slack jawed yesterday when Hollywood legend Brad Pitt strolled in.
The Academy Award winning actor called into HGB Motorcycles, Park Way, on Wednesday afternoon (May 30).
He was apparently killing time and picking up some bits and pieces while fiancee Angelina Jolie was filming at Pinewood Studios near Iver Heath.
He chatted to staff, posed for photos, and bought a helmet and some gloves.
Boss Dave Connell said: “Two guys came in first and said someone famous is going to come in now.
“And then in walked Brad Pitt.
“He was really friendly, and we were chatting about what he was up to and how he was getting on in England.”
The superstar recently moved to Richmond with Angelina and their six children.
Richard Maguire, who runs neighbouring shop Ruislip Tyres, happened to pop over to the shop when the A-lister was browsing.
He said: “He was really friendly. It was a bit scary asking him for picture but he was really happy to do it.
“I called my girlfriend over but didn’t tell her who it was and when she saw him she was dumbstruck.”
