"When you're doing an interview with a celebrity, there are a few questions you just have to ask," Bob Simon says about his profile of actress and director Angelina Jolie. On Overtime this week, we give you some of those questions and answers to matters that you may have read about while thumbing through tabloids at the grocery check-out line. For example: Will Angelina and Brad Pitt marry? What kind of wedding would they have? Are their children having normal childhoods? What is their family life like? Also on Overtime, in "Angelina Jolie: Her face, her fame" Angelina talks about her looks. She says she has "big features," and that as she ages looks more like her mother, as well as her Native American and German lineage. What do others say about her looks? Well, they call her the most beautiful woman in the world. Her response to that: "As long as Brad thinks I'm beautiful, I just don't think about [it]. I wake up and I want to be a smarter person." And that's exactly what Bob Simon discovered when he interviewed the actress for his "60 Minutes" profile, "Angelina." Bob says Angelina wasn't like "wild, weird, and eccentric" as she is in the tabloids. Rather, he says, she is serious, articulate, focused on her new film about the war in Bosnia, and yes, very beautiful.

When we say here at CBS News that correspondent Bob Simon is one of our most experienced reporters, we are usually talking about his coverage of war, revolution, uprising, crime, and politics. Yet when it came to his most recent assignment - a profile of the elegant actress Angelina Jolie - Bob was not without some familiarity. After all, back in 2005, he profiled Aishwarya Rai, an Indian actress. The title of that piece was "The Most Beautiful Woman In The World" - and if you've seen that segment, you'll know that the title was fitting. When it came time to interviewing Angelina Jolie - among the most photographed women in the world - Bob tells Overtime he gave some thought to his question, and even did a bit of research with female friends. His novel question to the actress: "Most women who are beautiful realize it when they're two or three years old. Did you?" Angelina's answer, and indeed her entire interview, proves one thing: she's much more than just a pretty face. She is an accomplished actress and now, also, a writer and director. On "60 Minutes" this week, Bob talks with Jolie about her new film, "In the Land of Blood and Honey." It's a love story between a Muslim woman and a Serbian man during the war in Bosnia. The producer of "Angelina" is Tom Anderson.

Jolie shot an English version of the film, but the version in native BHS, or “Bosanski/Hrvatski/Srpski,” will be in theaters.
The Bosnian government
temporarily withdrew Jolie’s permit to film there because some objected
to the movie’s sensitive content.
Jolie says she doesn’t take roles in order to punch through gender stereotypes, but it is “really fun to do.”
Jolie’s favorite role was her most difficult: being Marianne Pearl, the widow of journalist Daniel Pearl, in “A Mighty Heart.”
If “this acting thing didn’t work out,” Jolie says her backup plan was to be a funeral director. #60Minutes
Jolie had dark times: “I did the most dangerous, and I did the worst, and for many reasons, I shouldn’t be here.”
Bob Simon: “Do you ever miss being a bad girl?” Angelina Jolie: “I’m still a bad girl.”
Jolie says the one tough topic that always makes her cry is her mother: “That’s my soft spot.”
