I don't think there's any question she knew she would be seen and photographed. Walking on the beach of a rental property doesn't equate to a desire for privacy or seclusion. She wanted to be seen and photographed in Malibu. She wants photographers to keep looking for them in Malibu -- which likely means they're staying elsewhere. A place that doesn't have a beach, apparently, since it looks like they just went in for a quick walk and playtime on the beach.
There would be no reason for her to bring her kids to check out a rental property. Her assistants could do that.
And speaking of assistants, the two now-famous English ladies who used to be next to her all the time are no where to be seen.
Mark Billingham, their former head of security, said, “Angie and Brad are very worried about who goes near their children....Even when I wanted to bring in extra people, they wouldn’t let any of those near the kids. They could look out for them from a distance but they couldn’t physically touch them."
So you can imagine her reaction when she learned that the DCFS could take the children and send them to foster homes.
Given that the DCFS recommended supervised visitation, it was a distinct possibility.
